Lew: "We will not negotiate over whether U.S. pays its bills"

As the shutdown continues, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew says the government will run out of money in two weeks, if Congress doesn't raise the borrowing limit. The Treasury Department issued a dire report on Thursday, that said "a default would be unprecedented and has the potential to be catastrophic," and the economy would fall back into recession. CBS News White House correspondent Bill Plante reports on the threat and efforts to craft a budget deal.
