Basketball fans at the world's most famous arena have had little to cheer about this year, with Carmelo Anthony and his Knicks teammates struggling through a terrible year. But two events off the court could give shareholders of the Garden's owner a reason to stay in the game: coaching legend Phil Jackson might take over basketball operations, and the company is in line for a cash infusion if P. Diddy follows through and buys the struggling Fuse music TV channel.
