MARKETS: Here's why stocks are falling out of bed again

Live from the New York Stock Exchange Yahoo Finance's Seana Smith joins Alexis Christoforous to break down the latest market moves. Stocks are ugly out of the gate, with the S&P 500 and Dow wiping out their gains for the year. Technology stocks are leading the way lower, along with retail stocks after some disappointing earnings from Target (TGT) and Kohl's (KSS).
