INES FERRE: Microsoft is in the spotlight as a report from Reuters says that the company's licensing deal it's offering to its rivals is most likely to put EU antitrust concerns at rest. The company continues to face scrutiny over its $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, which was announced last year. Microsoft extending these offers to its rivals is reportedly an effort to ease the hurdles it's been facing.
