Nigeria, Angola downgraded by Moody's on oil concerns

It wouldn't be a day in the markets without another big oil story. Crude has rallied nearly 80% off its February lows, which has had ripple effects across the globe. Moody's downgraded the credit ratings of four African nations, including the two largest oil producers on the continent, Nigeria and Angola.
