NYPD detective charged in biker road rage attack

In New York, two more arrests have been made in the biker road rage case, and one suspect is an undercover police detective, who is allegedly seen on video hitting and kicking an SUV, before the driver was attacked. Senior correspondent John Miller, a former deputy commissioner with the New York Police Department, talks to the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts about the investigation.
