Officers Cleared of Wrongdoing in Homeless Man`s Death

Police were cleared of any wrongdoing in the shooting death of a 35-year-old homeless man in Lancaster City, Penn., earlier this month. The incident happened after police caught a man urinating and exposing himself to the public. The man pulled out a knife when police approached and he started running. After a Taser didn`t effect him in the foot pursuit, he continued to threaten police with the knife. He was shot and killed. After review, officials say the police were acting in their capacity and were not wrong to kill him.
