As people eat less chocolate, cocoa beans pile up

Demand for chocolate has fallen in the U.S. and Europe, and that's causing havoc in countries like the Ivory Coast, where cocoa bean producers find prices are falling and their stock is unwanted. Julian Satterthwaite reports.
