Reid on NSA: Lawmakers have had "every opportunity to be aware"

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said members of Congress have been invited to "many, many meetings" - both classified and unclassified - about NSA surveillance programs. If they didn't attend, he argued, "they shouldn't come and say, 'I wasn't aware of this.'"
