Rufus Yerxa on Canada's First Female Deputy PM, U.S.-China Relations, WTO

Aug.20 -- Canada's deputy prime minister Chrystia Freeland will be the country's next finance minister, replacing Bill Morneau. Freeland handled the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement with the U.S. and Mexico and would be the first women in the role. Rufus Yerxa, President of the National Foreign Trade Council and Former Deputy Director of the World Trade Organization shared his insights on Freeland's new role.
