SEANA SMITH: We have your news on the move. A Russian court has rejected opposition leader Alexei Navalny's appeal of his arrest. Oregon Health care workers stuck in a snowstorm started administering leftover COVID-19 vaccines to stranded drivers. The workers were on their way back from a COVID-19 vaccination clinic with six doses of a vaccine that were set to expire within hours. And said to be sold, a Sandro Botticelli portrait at auction this morning for more than $92 million. It's a record price for the artist.

The portrait is considered among the finest of Renaissance paintings in private ownership and is believed to have been produced in the late 1470s or early 1480s.
