SEANA SMITH: Welcome back. Check out shares of Equifax closing lower today. The Securities and Exchange Commission announcing it's charging three people for illegally tipping and trading Equifax shares before the company detailed its massive data breach back in 2017. It was one of the largest breaches ever with personal details of as many as 143 million US consumers were hacked. You can see shares off right about 2 and 1/2%.
