Shell CEO Acknowledges `Painful Year' After Earnings Miss

Feb.04 -- Royal Dutch Shell Plc CEO Ben Van Beurden discusses earnings and the company's dividend policy after reporting net income that fell short of expectations and weak cash flow, deepening the disappointment of Big Oil’s fourth quarter. "The year was a very tough year, let's be honest, and a very painful year," Van Beurden said Thursday on Bloomberg Television.
