JULIE HYMAN: All right, let's talk about the airline. Spirit Airlines shareholders have voted to accept a $3.8 billion buyout from JetBlue Airways after the two companies went back and forth over the deal for six long months. Of course, Frontier was in play as well.

The deal is not final yet. It could still face a challenge from federal antitrust regulators. But if it does get finalized, JetBlue is expected to repaint Spirit planes, combine its pilots and other employees with Jetblue's workforce. That deal would make JetBlue the country's fifth biggest airline. So both those stocks going up.

BRIAN SOZZI: Yeah, you got to-- Robin Hayes, JetBlue CEO, amazing that he got this done. He essentially just took the company from Frontier. But repainting the planes? I like that Spirit yellow. Come on.

BRAD SMITH: No.

BRIAN SOZZI: You don't like the yellow.

BRAD SMITH: No, no more Spirit yellow.

BRIAN SOZZI: Change the seats. No more Spirit yellow.

JULIE HYMAN: Hmm. No Big Bird in the house.

BRIAN SOZZI: All right, let's leave it there.
