Stocks on the Move: Curevac gains 249% on first day of trading, Nvidia stock rises on Susquehanna target boost

The On the Move panel discuss today's Stocks on the Move: Curevac and Nvidia.

Video Transcript

JULIE HYMAN: Let's take a look at a couple of stocks on the move as head into break. One of them is Curevac. Now this company went public on Friday and rose 249% in its first day of trading. It continues to trade higher in the double digits to date. It raised $213 million in that offering. It makes messenger RNA technology that's being used in a number of COVID-19 vaccine programs.

We are also looking at Nvidia. I believe those shares are trading at a record today. They're up by about 6.5%. An analyst at Susquehanna, Christopher Roland, raised his price target to $400-- $540, excuse me. That is the highest on Wall Street. The company reports its earnings after the close of trading on Wednesday.
