JULIE HYMAN: Wanting to check on shares of Herbalife and the latest there. The shares are down less than 1%. This is after the company was charged by US officials with bribery in China. Federal prosecutors in New York charging the company with paying bribes to Chinese officials. They did agree to defer prosecution of the company.

And the reason the shares aren't down more might be that the case appears to be tied to a settlement that the company disclosed in May with the Justice Department and the SEC. Although it's not 100% clear that that's the same thing, could be. And that's why, perhaps, the shares are not down more.
