SEANA SMITH: Let's take a look at some of these after hours movers here. Lennar and KB Homes both out with earnings results. We know homebuilders took a hit here after what we heard from the Fed in terms of raising rates another 75 basis points. Lennar in the red, off just around 1% here after hours. Now the company reporting mixed results on both the top and the bottom line. EPS coming in better than expected, but revenue coming in a bit light. New orders off 12% from a year ago. Deliveries, though, up 13% for the most recent quarter.

Now the company's CEO saying that, quote, "sales clearly impacted by rising rates, and demand, though, does remain strong," saying that the company is navigating the rebounds here that we're seeing between price and interest rates. So Lennar closing the day, off just around 1% over the past three months. Let's take a look at that chart, up just around 15% year to date, though, a very different picture with shares off 34%.

Now KB Home also out with results here after the bell. The stock moving after hours, off just around 1 and 1/2%. Now it was sliding earlier. Deliveries disappointing on some supply chain issues within the company. That KB Home also saying that those supply chain issues will likely extend into the fourth quarter. Net orders there off 50% on a year over year basis. Now, KB Home off 2% today. The past three months, taking a look at that chart, up just around 9%, so not exactly the performance that we've seen from competitor Lennar. Year to date, though, very similar picture, off just about 37%. Rachelle.
