Stocks no longer a "layup", but here's how to score: Affinity's Hill

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a treaty to annex Crimea Tuesday, but at the same time sought to reassure Ukrainians that Moscow has no intentions for any of Ukraine's other territories and isn't planning to send troops further into Ukraine. Stocks moved higher, but Affinity Investment Advisors' Jeremy Hill tells us there are still plenty of risks for the financial markets.
