Stocks Open Lower As Investors Eye Q2 Earnings Starting With Alcoa
U.S. Stocks are starting the week lower after setting record gains last week. Speculation the Fed may raise rates sooner than expected has investors concerned. The markets are also awaiting fresh earnings. Second Quarter earnings season unofficially kicks off Tuesday with Aloca's (AA) results after the bell. Family Dollar Stores (FDO) is out Thursday and mortgage lender Wells Fargo (WFC)reports Friday. Lululemon (LULU) shares are expect to continue being active in today's trading after the Wall Street Journal reported the yogawear maker's founder is considering taking the company private. And oil prices slipped as Libya prepared to increase exports. TheStreet's Susannah Lee reports from Wall Street.
