Stocks remain under pressure ahead of upcoming FOMC meeting

- All right, after falling 0.9% in the second quarter, economists aren't looking for much of a GDP bounce in the third quarter. In fact, top economists aren't ruling out another slight GDP decline, as you can see in our chart of the day.

Also worth pointing out is the decline in GDP estimates in recent weeks, as companies like FedEx have issued nasty profit warnings. And stocks have been under pressure on interest rate fears.
