Supporting Demand Is Not a Reason for Blank Checks: Summers

Feb.05 -- Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Lawrence H. Summers, a Wall Street Week contributor, says that supporting demand is not a reason for blank checks. He joins David Westin on "Bloomberg Wall Street Week."
