The Twitter “purge” is underway, and not even the biggest accounts, such as President Trump's and former President Barack Obama's, can escape without losing a healthy chunk of followers. On Thursday, the social media giant began removing “locked” accounts — those started by “real people” that Twitter is unable to prove are still run by the initial user.
