AKIKO FUJITA: UN nuclear inspectors are heading to a besieged power plant in Ukraine amid growing concern about the potential for radiation disaster. According to Reuters, the team has left Kyiv and are at a nearby city. They're aiming to arrive at the plant tomorrow. Now Russia captured the facility in early March, but fierce fighting in the vicinity in recent days has escalated fears of a nuclear incident at Europe's biggest nuclear plant.
