Veterans testify about high narcotics dosages from VA doctors

Two veterans, crippled by debilitating pain, testified before a House subcommittee, describing high levels of narcotics prescribed by Veterans Affairs doctors and the lack of treatment for the cause of their pain. Jim Axelrod reports.
