MYLES UDLAND: All right, well, during the pandemic, the music business has gone fully online, venues closed down, fans trying to find ways to get that entertainment with the summer concert season lost. One way that fans can do that, tonight, Red Rocks Unpaused begins, and that event is being put on by Visible, and we're joined by Visible CEO, Miguel Quiroga, now to discuss, Miguel, I guess, kind of your plan here, how you guys got involved, and sort of where, I guess, you see the space going. But let's just start with kind of the details here. Red Rocks Unpaused starts tonight, and we have three nights of this, right?

MIGUEL QUIROGA: That's correct. Yes, in fact, it does start tonight. And, you know, it is interesting. So Visible is a 100% all digital carrier, the first of its kind in the United States. And what we're really excited about in what we built Visible is it was an experience-led, consumer-centric model in a very challenging industry, the telecom industry. And for us, Red Rocks is an extension of that. We've always been focused on community building from the ground up.

Before we even started getting our first customers, we had Visible Connect launch, which actually allowed us to connect to help people in need. You know, Red Rocks Unpaused is just another example of that opportunity where we can connect directly with the artist community. It starts tonight, just like you mentioned. Three nights of a virtual experience directly from the comfort of your home. You get really unique things.

You can get like the access to really change or camera viewing angle anywhere in the stadium, even from stage, the ability to actually interact live with actual artists onstage as well. They'll hear you and see you in some sort of the work you're trying to do at home to try to connect with them. Plus, you can even select potentially the encore that they would-- your favorite artist would actually be playing. So it's just a great, unique experience and really sits on top of the type of experience we believe in Visible is can you make things awesome and fun and make it simple and transparent in a pretty crowded marketplace?

DAN ROBERTS: Miguel, Dan Roberts here. As you said there just at the end, trying to make it fun, and obviously, you know, to put it very bluntly, you want to make it fun and not feel sad, right? I mean, everyone is still kind of remembering when you could go to concerts before. And even if the technology is great and the viewing at home experience works, there's something lost by not being at the concert in person.

I just want ask how you sort of address that or how you think that'll evolve. And then we've had other people come on our live shows recently talking about broadcasting certain things live during the pandemic and make the case that maybe even beyond the pandemic, this will continue to be popular for a lot of people. Is that what you think, that this isn't just a temporary option?

MIGUEL QUIROGA: That's a great question. I think in terms of the fun aspect, we're trying to create that type of emotional connection. So the fact that you can at home directly interact with the artists where they can see and hear from different types of comments you're going to have. It's something that you often can't do in a live stadium. You know, the live stadium still has its place, and when we can get back to that environment, I'm sure people always enjoy that.

But in the meantime, how do you expand beyond? I mean, that's the same way we think about our business as well as doing the basics right and doing it in unique and interesting ways adds more value to the consumer experience. It's true for Red Rocks Unpaused, and it's going to be true for Visible as well.

MYLES UDLAND: And then, you know, Miguel, this is of a free event, and I'm just curious if you had ever thought about it not being a free event? We've seen, at least in the media space, there's this question of whether things should be as free as they had been on the internet versus more of a paid model. I'm just curious about kind of the thought process behind keeping this a more open event.

MIGUEL QUIROGA: Yeah, I think it kind of fits into the nature of what we've always tried to do with all of our experiential brand work. Whether we did the stuff we did like The Invisible Store we did back in New York to really share and showcase the work we've been trying to do around Visible and recasting really a complicated user experience. Our goal is to redefine fundamentally the consumer journey for customers in the telecom space. And in the same grain, we think that this is really going to be part of the same process. But I don't see any reason why this wouldn't continue to be a way to evolve the types of concert experiences you could have.

MYLES UDLAND: All right, Michael Quiroga, CEO of Visible, again, the company presenting Red Rocks Unpaused, begins tonight. And of course, we should disclose to our viewers, Visible is backed by our parent company, Verizon. Miguel, thanks so much for joining the program.

MIGUEL QUIROGA: Thank you so much for having me.
