- Welcome back, everyone, time for Cut For Time-- three stories, 1:00 minute each. We start with this. It's got the newsroom abuzzing today. Walmart launching a virtual try-on tool, as the retailer looks to boost the online shopping experience for its customers. This is going to allow customers to use their own photo to help visualize how the clothing will look on them. Now, some other companies have tried this in the past.

We know Gap has tried this. We've seen this company, MySizeID. I think they were at the NRF a couple of years back. And I was able to kind of get in and test with some of that technology. And usually, it looks good. I guess it just comes down to like what you're trying on virtually. And then you make the decision, that purchase decision around, you know, do I really look good in this? Do I like it?

- I mean, listen, it makes sense. I buy glasses online. And I like that virtual try-on tool. So it makes sense in theory. However, in the case of Walmart, I imagine a lot of their clothing is not purpose driven. In other words, I don't go to Walmart's site to buy their clothing.

- No.

- I buy it when I happen to be in the store, and I'm picking up some groceries. Oh, and, darn it, I need something here, right? I mean, that's kind of what they rely on.

- Yeah.

- So I don't know how much use they're going to get out of this thing.

- Yeah, no, it looks funky to me. Essentially, you're just taking your photo and overlaying it with a piece of clothing. I don't know. It's not my thing. It's not my thing.

- It's like paper dolls but online.

- Yes, that's a good way to put--

- You'd rather struggle through supply--

- I'd rather invest that time emotionally, yes. All right. Yes. I heard you.
