Walmart vs. D.C.: What is the larger impact of the wage dispute

Walmart is trying to get its foot into Washington, D.C., but the city council there isn't making it easy. Walmart is being asked to pay its employees more than most other employers in the city and the company is threatening to pull the plug on the stores it has planned for D.C. and stores already there.
