Why the NFL owners 'aren't just going to wake up'

- The owners aren't just going to wake up one day and realize, now you know what? I feel bad for these Black people finally. Let's do something about it. Not how it's going to work. In all honesty, they'll probably be oblivious to the fact that there is any injustice going on.

And so yeah, that's really my stance is change has to be forced. I don't think it has to be physically forced. Change can occur through dialogue, through educated, emotional dialogue which will lead to empathy. That's what I'm doing. Other people have their approach, I have mine.
