Why the S&P 500 Is Headed to 1750: Bank of America's Subramanian

As we enter August, stocks have posted gains now for the last eight out of nine months. It’s the kind of rally that may give some investors pause, but we talked to Savita Subramanian, the head of U.S. equity strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAC), who thinks the market will go higher from here. In July, Subramanian upped her year-end target for the S&P 500 (^GSPC) from 1600 to 1750, making it the second most bullish call on Wall Street (according to Business Insider).
