Bank of America adds Harvard professor, former Deutsche Bank executive to board
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Bank of America is appointing a Harvard professor and a former Deutsche Bank executive to its board.
One of the appointees is 54-year-old Clayton Rose, a professor of management practice and former J.P. Morgan executive. The other is 63-year-old Pierre de Weck, a former chairman and global head of private wealth management of Deutsche Bank.
Bank of America Corp. chairman Charles O. Holliday Jr. says Rose and De Weck add knowledge of global financial institutions to the board.
The appointment brings its board up to 15 members.
