Grain futures rose, beef prices fall
Wheat, corn, oat and soybean futures rise on the CBOT; beef prices fall
CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures rose Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery rose 8 cents to $6.885 a bushel; July corn jumped 18.5 cents to $6.585 a bushel; July oats rose 11.5 cents to $3.665 a bushel; while July soybeans rose 16 cents to $14.9425 a bushel.
Beef prices fell, while pork prices rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle fell 1.10 cent to $1.20 a pound; August feeder cattle fell 2.15 cents to $1.4432 a pound; June lean hogs added 2.15 cents to 94.55 cents a pound.
