Grain, livestock futures trade mixed

Wheat, corn futures fall, soybeans gean on CBOT; beef prices mixed while pork rises

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures were mixed Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 9.5 cents to $8.12 a bushel; March corn shed 2.5 cents to $7.255 a bushel; March oats slipped 2.75 cents to $3.8525 a bushel; while January soybeans added 1.5 cent to $14.735 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices also traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle shed 0.15 cent to $1.318 a pound; January feeder cattle added 0.68 cent to $1.5275 a pound; February lean hogs gained 1.5 cent to 85.65 cents a pound.
