With the addition of Florida ESDI is now selling products into the five largest liquor consuming states.

On Sept. 30, 2016 the company (ESDI) announced it had received an initial order from a distributor in Florida that includes the Burnside Bourbon, Barrel Hitch American Whiskey and the premium Burnside Oregon Oaked Bourbon. These were Eastside Distilling’s best sellers in 2015.
Florida is the second largest state after California for the consumption of distilled spirits, and may be number one on a per capita basis. ESDI now sells into the five largest states in the U.S.A. which are:
- CA; 12%
- FL : 8%
- NY : 6%
- TX : 6%
- IL 5%
These states account for over one third of all distilled spirits sales in the U.S.A.
