Ambient Water Announces Delivery and Installation of 'Ambient Water 400' at Houston, Texas Gas Facility

Company Deploys Commercial Atmospheric Water Generation System for Use at Cryogenic Storage and Transportation Facility for Liquid Gasses; Eyes Other Applications Within the Oil and Gas Sector

SPOKANE, WA--(Marketwired - Jan 6, 2015) - Ambient Water (OTCQB: AWGI), a leading provider of atmospheric water generation systems for extracting water from humidity in the air, today announced the delivery and imminent installation of its 'Ambient Water 400' atmospheric water generator at Applied Cryo Technologies' Houston, Texas facility. The deal to deliver the technology was originally announced in October of 2014.

Once the installation is complete, Applied Cryo Technologies will be able to generate an abundant source of water on-site for everyday use. Ambient Water will monitor the amount of water generated under the atmospheric conditions present, as well as the power consumed by the 'Ambient Water 400', and present preliminary results at a later date. All results and data will be verified by an independent third party engineering firm, and will be used in the development of the 'Ambient Water 20K' system.

"The first commercial installation of our 'Ambient Water 400' is an exciting step for both our company and our technology, particularly as we continue our efforts within the oil and gas vertical," said Keith White, Founder and CEO of Ambient Water. "We look forward to sharing some results of the technology in use to validate what we at Ambient Water already know -- that atmospheric water generation is a needed technology to combat water scarcity issues worldwide."

The installation of the 'Ambient Water 400' at Cryo Technologies is another step in Ambient Water's immediate plan to supply the oil and gas industry with a clean, renewable water source. Ambient Water identified the oil and gas industry as a key industry vertical in need of this technology due to growing water scarcity issues both domestically and worldwide. The issue of water scarcity, particularly in regards to hydraulic well fracking, was recently discussed by Keith White in a piece for Environmental Protection Online.

Ambient Water's patented atmospheric water generation technology literally makes water out of thin air, transforming humidity into an abundant source of clean water near the point of use. With multiple systems already commercially available or in development, the Company's technology produces clean and fresh water for a host of commercial industries including process water for hydraulic fracking in the oil and gas industry and agriculture, while also providing fresh drinking water for homes, offices, and communities.
