Axalta Coating Systems says exploring potential sale of company

June 19 (Reuters) - Axalta Coating Systems Ltd initiated a review of strategic options, including a potential sale of the company, the coatings producer said on Wednesday.
Axalta's market cap was $6.06 billion as of Tuesday's close, according to IBES data from Refinitiv.
