Basketball fans have some fun on Twitter with Ibaka-Lopez scrap
As is tradition, Chicago Bulls centre Robin Lopez and the lovable Raptors mascot exchanged a few pleasantries before Tuesday night’s game in Toronto. But Lopez apparently had plenty of fight left in him for the game.
Midway through the third quarter, Lopez and Raptors centre Serge Ibaka got into a heated confrontation below the basket. Lopez swiped at the ball in Ibaka’s hands, and Ibaka took exception. But it was Lopez who quickly threw the first punch.

Fans in the Air Canada Centre were far from impressed. With Lopez’s face featured on the big screen, the Toronto faithful quickly began raining boos upon the Bulls centre.
