CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2013) - Biostem U.S., Corporation (OTCQB: HAIR) (Biostem, the Company), a fully reporting public company in the stem cell regenerative medicine sciences sector, enters into an agreement with Aurelio Valdes, M.D. to head up their medical department and train physicians on The Biostem Method™ of stem cell hair re-growth treatments.

Dr. Valdes will use his Florida office as the national training center for future Biostem U.S. affiliates.
