Buying A Home In Las Vegas Realtor Leslie Hoke Reports Good Market

Top Realtor in Las Vegas Leslie Hoke From the Popular Real Estate Website LasVegasHomesByLeslie.com Reports Las Vegas Real Estate Market Looking Strong for 2015

LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / April 15, 2015 / Las Vegas realtor and blogger Leslie Hoke reported via her blog that the Las Vegas real estate market is looking strong for 2015 for both first-time home buyers and buyers re-entering the market. Hoke says local real estate data published by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors confirms the rosy outlook.

"Zillow recently named Las Vegas as a 'Top 4 Market for First Time Home Buyers for 2015.' RealtyTrac, a major real estate analytics firm, also said that Las Vegas was a good real estate market for bounce back buyers. Those are families and individuals who are former homeowners that are now buying a home in Las Vegas again after a period of being out of the market due to losing a home," Hoke said.

Hoke, who keeps a watchful eye on local real estate trends, agrees with the narrative that Las Vegas is poised for a bounce back year in 2015. During her time as a Las Vegas realtor over the past 11 years she has learned Las Vegas and its citizens are resilient.

"Often times the markets that are hit hardest experience the most drastic recovery. All of the analytic's I've researched point to favorable conditions for people looking for affordable housing. Rent is rising, mortgage interest rates are extremely low, and the average sale price for a home in Las Vegas is just over $200,000 and has been that way for months. It all adds up to a stable market with great prices," Hoke said.
