CommerceHub Announces the Appointment of Mark Greenquist as Chief Financial Officer

Recognized Leader With Extensive Operational and Financial Experiences Joins E-Commerce Platform

ALBANY, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 16, 2016) - CommerceHub, a leading provider of virtual inventory and marketing solutions for retailers and brands, announced today the appointment of Mark Greenquist as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 16, 2016. Greenquist, a seasoned financial and operations executive with more than 35 years of experience, will report to CommerceHub President and CEO Frank Poore and be responsible for all financial operations and reporting at the company. Greenquist succeeds CFO Bob Marro, who will remain with the company as an advisor.

Greenquist brings more than 35 years of experience to CommerceHub, including an extensive operational and financial background at global publicly held companies and established relationships with Wall Street analysts and investors. Before CommerceHub, Greenquist was CFO of Sonus Networks, a publicly traded cloud-based communication solutions provider for enterprises with $249 million in 2015 revenue. Prior to Sonus, he held a variety of senior leadership positions, including CFO at Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications Limited), a global communications and software company with $2 billion in revenue and 10,000 employees. Before Siemens, Greenquist served as President and CEO at Telcordia Technologies, Inc. until its acquisition by Ericsson in 2012, and held leadership roles at Symbol Technologies, Agere Systems, General Motors and Delta Airlines.

Greenquist holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He will operate out of the company's Albany headquarters.
