Epicor Acquires Dot Net IT to Accelerate Epicor ERP Deployments and Expand Cloud Offerings
Acquisition Furthers Epicor Cloud Strategy and Strengthens Implementation Services With Additional Talent and Tools to Enhance Customer Experience and Fuel Growth
AUSTIN, TX and BRACKNELL, UK--(Marketwired - June 01, 2016) - Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, today announced that it has acquired its UK-based partner Dot Net IT. Under the terms of the acquisition, all of Dot Net IT's outstanding equity has been acquired. The acquisition is expected to strengthen the Epicor sales, services and support team globally, and brings cloud-based, add-on solutions that extend the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) portfolio.
Dot Net IT is an established business solutions provider and certified Epicor alliance and channel partner specializing in Epicor ERP implementation services, support and development of add-on solutions. This acquisition expands the Epicor implementation bench to support customer implementations, migrations and upgrades to the latest version of Epicor ERP in the cloud or on-premises. Dot Net IT also has a dedicated team of developers delivering solutions like the popular Data Management Tool (DMT) currently used by Epicor customers and integration partners worldwide to reduce the complexities of data management for faster, more efficient implementation projects.

Hayward Tyler Ltd, one of the oldest engineering companies in the UK, is a joint Epicor and Dot Net IT customer with a successful turnaround story that won a Customer Excellence Award in 2015 for Business Transformation. We had almost £1 million in warranty claims and in some cases were over 170 days late delivering customer orders.
