Gemini Corporation Announces Executive Change

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - March 09, 2015) - Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE: GKX) today announces that Mr. Michael Ostapiw, Vice President of Operations, is no longer with Gemini and is pursuing other opportunities. The Corporation has commenced a search for an operations leader, and in the interim Doug Lautermilch, Gemini's President & CEO has assumed the operations responsibilities.

Given the ever-changing environment in the Canadian oil and gas industry, 2015 is shaping up to be a significant transition year for the Corporation. Gemini is re-aligning its structure and strategic objectives to be better positioned for the eventual recovery in industry activity.
