Highwoods Properties Renews Lease in Nashville

Largest 2015 Expiration

RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwired - Oct 20, 2014) - Highwoods Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HIW) has renewed a 199,000 square foot lease with Vanderbilt University at 3401 West End in Nashville. Based on annual revenues, this was the Company's largest lease expiration in 2015.
