The Board of Directors of KIT digital announced the appointment of K. Peter Heiland, a member of the Board and a significant shareholder, to the position of Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis, succeeding Barak Bar-Cohen. The Board continues its search for a permanent CEO. Through various entities, Heiland owns approximately 8% of the outstanding shares of KIT digital.
