Manson Creek Announces Results of Annual & Special Meeting and Provides an Update on the Guaman Project, Yukon

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jul 14, 2014) - Manson Creek Resources Ltd. ("Manson") (TSX VENTURE:MCK) is pleased to report that at its Annual & Special Meeting, held on July 9, 2014, Shane Ebert, Jean-Pierre Jutras, and Douglas Porter were re-elected to the Board of Directors.

Shareholders also approved fixing the number of directors at three, the appointment of BDO Canada LLP as Auditors and ratifying the Corporation's stock option plan.

Manson has also granted, under its Stock Option Plan, options to its Directors, Officers, a Consultant and an Employee to purchase up to 895,000 common shares for a period of five years commencing on July 11, 2014 at an exercise price of $0.10 per share.

Camp construction is currently underway for the fully funded upcoming drilling program, planned to commence on July 22nd, for a minimum of 800 meters of drilling in 4 holes. The initial program will target the heart of the coincident geophysical and geochemical anomalies which overlay large untested zones of high ground conductivity and associated chargeability as determined by previous induced polarization survey. The target area is also the site of extensive surface gossan formation over 650 meters of strike length, including the main Tell gossan, as determined by surface mapping to date. Partner Guatavita Gold Corporation has been cash called and has funded its pro-rata 65% share of the planned drill program expenditures.
