McDonald's new menu, Apple becoming Microsoft and Budweiser's blunder

Microsoft (MSFT) CEO Satya Nadella is speaking at the company's BUILD conference today. Excited techies are hoping to get their best look yet at the new Windows 10 and its apps. Microsoft is hoping to create the kind of buzz Apple (AAPL) has been able to generate with its product "reveals," such as last fall's introduction of the Apple Watch.

Wall Street pay poll
A new Bloomberg survey finds almost half of Wall Street employees feel their compensation is less or much less than they had hoped for when they started in the industry.  

McDonald's slimmer menu
Cravinga McDonald's (MCD) Deluxe Quarter Pounder?  Well, you're out of luck. The company is phasing that out along with at least eight other menu items as part of an effort to end its more than year-long slide in sales.

Budweiser backlash
After a firestorm of protest on social media, Anheuser Busch (BUD) is pulling a new ad campaign slogan from its Bud Light bottle. New York Congresswoman Nita Lowey among those blasting the line "The perfect beer for removing ‘no’ from your vocabulary for the night,"  saying it encourages rape. Budweiser tweeted an apology: "We missed the mark on the new Bud Light label, and we regret it."
