MidSouth Bancorp posts profit of $2.2 million in fourth quarter
LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) _ MidSouth Bancorp Inc. (MSL) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.2 million.
The bank, based in Lafayette, Louisiana, said it had earnings of 12 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $24.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $23.3 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $9.4 million, or 58 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $92.4 million.
MidSouth shares have increased 5.5 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 90 percent in the last 12 months.
