Oak Valley Bancorp posts 4th-quarter profit of $2.3 million
OAKDALE, Calif. (AP) _ Oak Valley Bancorp (OVLY) on Thursday reported net income of $2.3 million in its fourth quarter.
The bank, based in Oakdale, California, said it had earnings of 29 cents per share.
For the year, the company reported profit of $7.7 million, or 95 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $35.9 million.
Oak Valley Bancorp shares have climbed nearly 8 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 44 percent in the last 12 months.
