Mr. Benedict is responsible for developing customer relationships and identifying new solar project portfolios as candidates for the Coronal solution. Coronal delivers a complete financial and asset management solution, and the first truly comprehensive end-to-end project solution -- from development and construction to financing and operations -- for solar PV systems up to 20 MW.

A solar industry veteran, most recently Mr. Benedict worked at Jinko Solar where, as head of business development for North America, he was instrumental in establishing the company's presence in the U.S. market. He started his career in 2005 with Soul-er Inc., an installation company that was backed by Chuck Davies. Subsequently, he joined CA Solar as vice president of sales and marketing, where he focused on developing solar projects in the United States and Europe.
Mr. Benedict is also a contract writer for the San Francisco Examiner where he reports on business and finance, specifically in the solar industry. He is sought out frequently to be a speaker for industry conferences. Mr. Benedict earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his master's degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
