Leading Health Insurer Optimizes Producer Productivity and Onboarding to Drive Growth in New Market

DUBLIN, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 23, 2015) - Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), a global leader in cloud-based sales, marketing, learning and customer experience solutions today announced that Scott & White Health Plan (SWHP), a health insurer serving more than 225,000 members in Texas, will use CallidusCloud's Workflow, Learning and Enablement solutions to onboard new agents and reduce their time to productivity. The agreement was signed in the third quarter.

SWHP, an existing Incentive Compensation Management customer, which contracts with more than 6,500 physicians and 63 hospitals, also aims to build loyalty within its agent community through an improved experience.

The move comes as the insurer expands into the Dallas-Fort Worth market. With an objective of rapidly assembling a long-lasting and profitable network of agents in this new market, the CallidusCloud solutions, delivered on a single portal, will enable SWHP to find the right agents, educate them about SWHP products quickly, and turn them into profitable producers as soon as possible.
