South Jersey Industries Announces Executive Promotions
FOLSOM, NJ - Michael J. Renna, president and COO of South Jersey Industries (SJI), announced organizational changes within South Jersey Energy Solutions, SJI`s non-regulated business.
"We have restructured SJES through the creation of two distinct operating divisions. This new organization will optimize performance of our core assets and improve our competitive position in the marketplace and will also streamline operations and reporting lines while affording greater emphasis on leadership development opportunities for our recognized talent and strengthening succession depth," stated Renna.
Gregory M. Nuzzo was named president of South Jersey Energy Group. In this new role, he will be responsible for South Jersey Energy, the retail natural gas and electricity marketing arm of SJES, and South Jersey Resources Group, SJES` wholesale commodity management and risk management services company. Nuzzo joined SJI in 2003. He holds a bachelor`s degree in accounting from Rutgers University. He resides in Sewell, NJ with his family.
David Robbins, Jr. was named president of South Jersey Energy Services. In this new role, he will be responsible for on-site energy production within Marina Energy and Energenic; for appliance service repairs under South Jersey Energy Service Plus; and meter reading under Millennium Account Services, the company that reads natural gas and electric meters in southern New Jersey. Robbins will also oversee the sales, business development and marketing functions of SJES. Robbins joined SJI in 1997. He holds a bachelor`s degree in accounting from Old Dominion University and is a certified public accountant. He resides in Millville, NJ with his family.
Jason W. Foulds was promoted to assistant vice president of South Jersey Resources Group. In this position he will be responsible for overseeing wholesale natural gas marketing and operations. Foulds, who joined SJI in 2009, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Humboldt State University. He resides in Barrington, NH with his family.
